Lockheed Martin, September 10 to June 2011 (Contractor) - Aircraft Production Scheduler : Production schedules for Aircraft Manufacture (P3 Orion) responsible for scheduling delivery to the US Navy while at South Carolina. My responsibilities are as follows:

·   Monitoring of production schedules from induction to Station 9 schedules. Maintenance of the schedules through SAP in making sure that the work cards are consistently reflect data in both soft-wares and reports delay notification (DN) to the Program Manager.

·   Verifies variances to baseline scheduling completion. Check validate field reports

·   Perform quantified scheduling by system using Primavera.

Worley Parsons, September 2007 - November 2009 - Chief Project Control Specialist: While at Shell Refinery at Martinez, California, My responsibilities are as follows:

·   Scheduling & monitoring of critical path for pre-turnaround projects and identifying work priorities that impacts the projected completion dates. Worked on turnaround project planning at DCU.

·   Update schedule and man-hour budget weekly to reflect current status through resource reports in Primavera to Shell. Monitor & update resource man loading report of the Project Engineers. Review planning and scheduling analysis with the P.E. both in Primavera

·   Labor and material data accumulated through SAP were tested in version P3 of Primavera.

Foster Wheeler Corporation September 06 to March 07 (Contractor); Project Scheduling Engineer: While at Chevron's El Segundo assigned at Heavy Crude Project (Coker Unit, Crude Unit, OSBL revamp). The scope of work of the project includes cable pulling and installation of cable trays from the Coker Unit to the newly constructed Main Control Center. This work includes termination of cables and wire to existing substation. My responsibilities are as follows:

·   Weekly schedule review/ reports (combined cost) from Contractors to ensure weekly progress data are accurate. This requires coordination and compilation of schedule dates and man hour/cost expenditures from contractors.

·   Scheduling other work outside the Pre-turnaround work.

·   Coordination and scheduling of drawings to be issued for construction necessary for permitting in all phases of engineering work.

·   Monitored and coordinated with the engineering leads to ensure that dates are consistent with the field construction reports. Earn value methodology was used to show progress on all projects to determine physical percent complete.
